The questions the front desk gets asked most, answered plainly. If yours is not here, call 519-252-5444 and ask.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. No referral needed. See accepting new patients.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
Yes, and we bill it directly. CDCP does not always cover the whole bill, so we go through the numbers with you first. See our CDCP page.
Do you accept ODSP?
Yes. We see patients covered by the Ontario Disability Support Program. Bring your ODSP coverage details to your visit, and we check what is covered before we start.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
We bill most insurance plans directly, so in most cases you are not paying the full amount and waiting to be reimbursed. Bring your card or your plan and policy numbers to your first visit.
Do you accept the Interim Federal Health Program?
Yes. See IFHP dentist in Windsor.
Are you open on Saturday?
Yes. See Saturday hours. Our full hours are in the footer of every page.
Can I be seen today if I am in pain?
Call us and say you are in pain. We keep room for same day problems. See emergency dentist in Windsor, and what to do after hours.
Do you see children?
Yes. We treat adults and children in the same office, so families can come together.
Do you do braces?
We provide clear aligners, including Invisalign and SureSmile. See clear aligners in Windsor. We do not place fixed braces here. If that is what your case needs, we will tell you and refer you.
Does anyone there speak Arabic?
Yes. See Arabic speaking dentists.
What will it cost?
We tell you what things cost before we do them, and we give you the estimate in writing so you can check it against your coverage. We do not start treatment you have not agreed to.
Where are you?
300 Tecumseh Rd E, Unit 220, Windsor, ON N8X 5E8. Unit 220 is the door. See contact us.
What happens at a first visit?
An examination, any x rays we need, and a cleaning where there is time. We go through what we find and what it will cost before anything is booked.
